High Security - The gated neighborhood not only deters outsiders from entering but also guards against theft and vandalism within the neighborhood. Residents of a private residential neighborhood are acquainted with those who live behind the same gates. These communities have very low rates of crime.

Houses see less car traffic, result, these communities are generally more quiet and peaceful.

Community Pool & Spa

On a hot day, a community pool is a terrific place to cool off. Exercise is beneficial. Swimming is great for all ages and low-impact. One of the few exercises that gives your entire body a workout without making you physically perspire. What a wonderful excuse to be outside and interact with your neighbors. The community pool is the ideal location for family bonding that is so near to home if you have family in the area.

Shuffleboard & Horseshoes

The community of Los Lagos practices common courtesy by sharing with others who may be waiting for a game.

Tennis & Volleyball Courts

For the enjoyment of all renters and owners, the court hours are 6:00 AM to Midnight.

The Lakes & Waterfront Facilities

Each property owner maintains their waterfront facilities to enjoy boating for recreational purposes, as well as fishing. From single-hull designed sailboats* and electric/battery-operated boats* to canoes, dinghies, and paddle boats.

Fitness Room

The Fitness Room is open from 6:00AM to 10:30PM for all owners/renters ages 18+.

The Clubhouse

Clubhouse hours: 6:00AM to Midnight.
 
The non-smoking clubhouse can be reserved for private parties except on holidays or holiday weekends at no charge (less than 24 guests) to a maximum of a $200 fee for up to 133 people. A reservation agreement can be obtained by contacting the manager's office.

Pool Table & Ping Pong

The minimum age to use the pool table is 14 years old. Those persons using the pool table between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, must be supervised, in the pool room at all times, by an owner/renter or a resident who is at least 19 years old or older.
