Meet Yvette

My name is Yvette Ortiz and I call Bullhead City home. I’m a California native who joined the bandwagon and made the move to this gorgeous Arizona Tri-State area. It all started in 2021 with weekend getaways. The easy road trip made it so accessible to visit so frequently. I met so many great people and made amazing friends, then I decided I wanted to call Arizona home. I love the area and I absolutely love the gorgeous skies we’re blessed with every day. It’s conveniently close enough to visit California with ease so I get the best of both worlds...beach and desert life!

With over 16 years of Real Estate experience, I have had the opportunity to work with Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance, Coldwell Banker Seal Beach, and HomeSmart Realty in Long Beach. I have specialized in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange Counties working with not only first-time buyers and sellers but also as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and have assisted sellers with dignified foreclosure avoidance, also known as Short Sale. I’m experienced in working with REO asset managers and foreclosed homes. Now I am fortunate and excited to have joined forces with Black Mountain Valley Realty. I’m excited to work in such a successful and welcoming firm and to be involved in such a great community of people all around!
